Cocktails for Holiday Hosting

Whether you are a gin, tequila, cognac, or bourbon lover, we have cocktails to make your holiday festive and jolly. Upgrade your vodka lovers with gold flakes in the Gold Harvest. It sets the tone for a night of regal hosting. Whiskey lovers will enjoy the French Whiskey. Cognac enthusiasts will relish the champagne infused Lady Coeur. If gin is your game, have a Cranberry Cordial with your hand. Did you say Tequila? We have a twist on the Manhattan using tequila. For our red wine lovers, Jubilee is yours for the holiday.

2 oz Elit by Stoli
1 oz Hibiscus Cranberry Shrub
1 oz Lemon Juice
1 tsp Honey

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake then strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with gold flake.

Hibiscus Cranberry Shrub:

2 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 cups apple cider vinegar
3 cups sugar
1 lb cranberries
10 grams dried Hibiscus flowers

  1. Add sugar, water, Hibiscus and cranberries to a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  2. Allow to cool and then strain through cheesecloth or fine strainer.
  3. Add apple cider vinegar to the mixture and stir to combine.
  4. Store in the refrigerator.

1 ¼ oz. Bourbon
½ oz. Cacao Brown
¼ oz. Crème de Cassis
½ oz. Malbec Wine
¼ oz. Scotch Whisky

Stirred and served in a rocks glass with ice.

1 ½ oz. Cognac
½ oz. Orange Juice
¼ oz. Lemon Juice
½ oz. Rosé Vermouth
½ oz. Simple Syrup

 Shaken and served in a flute glass, topped with champagne. Garnished with an orange zest curl.

 NOLET’S Silver Cranberry Cordial

NOLET'S Cranberry Cordial

1.25 oz. NOLET’S Silver Dry Gin
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon Cranberry Reduction*

Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice. Shake well. Fine strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.

*To Make Cranberry Reduction: Add 1 cup of Fresh Cranberries, 1 Cup Orange Juice and .5 Cup of Simple Syrup to a pan. Simmer until reduction is formed. Strain into a glass storage container.

 The Perfect Añejo Manhattan

The Perfect Añejo Manhattan

2 parts Patrón Añejo

1 part sweet vermouth

1-2 dashes of Dashfire bitters

Orange peel or cherry for garnish

 Fill a martini glass with ice so that it chills as you prepare your Manhattan. Combine Patrón Añejo, vermouth and bitters in a mixing glass or shaker and stir or shake gently. Discard ice from martini glass and strain the Manhattan into the chilled glass. Garnish with orange peel or cherry.

1.5 oz Elit by Stoli
1.5 oz Dry Red Wine
.5 oz St. George Spiced Pear
.25 oz Maple Syrup
.25 oz Lemon Juice
1 oz Seltzer

Build in a glass and top with seltzer. Garnish with a pear fan and grated nutmeg.
